I had a great experience at Infiniti Tustin. The staff is very friendly and they work with you as best as possible. They are very prompt as far as getting back to you on any concerns. Paper work is fast and don’t have to spend hours like at other dealers. I highly recommend buying at Infiniti Tustin.

Brought my car in for an engine noise. Chris was extremely cordial. The mechanic diagnosed the cause as loose tabs in undercarriage shield that was causing vibrations/noise. We picked up car, and the noise was still present.Returned car for further diagnostics. Notified that mechanic found metal shavings in oil pan, which was a sign of deeper engine issues. Short block was replaced under warranty. Picked up car, and the noise was still present, even though the mechanic assured me that the car was running perfectly and passed all tests. He said he could feel a faint vibration, but to just bring the car back in 2000 miles for a 60k service, and he'd look into the noise at that time to see if he could diagnose if it got worse. In addition, the car was extremely dirty on the exterior and dusty in the interior. Returned car for further diagnostics. Spoke with service manager and requested that another mechanic diagnose the car since initial mechanic couldn't find any issues. She assured me that this would occur.Notified by Gabriel that an Infinity Engineer would be called in to diagnose noise. This engineer finally diagnosed a failed fuel pump, which ended up fixing the noise. Car was washed this time.This whole process took a couple of weeks, inclusive of two return trips to the dealership due to improper diagnostics. After this experience, I don't have a lot of confidence in this dealership. I wasted a lot of time with return trips and was made to feel like I was overexaggerating the issue, when in fact there was an issue that couldn't be fixed by your team.In the end, I'm happy that the car was finally repaired and is now running the way it should, but based on the experiences above, I find it difficult to refer others to this location in the future.
I always get great service. I’ve been an Infinity owner for many years and have always had my car serviced at Tustin Infinity. Always on time and I appreciate the attention I receive when I call.
We bought a 2021 Infiniti in May and Sales(Brandon) and finance( Alex) were very helpful, they promised to make a couple of repairs we wanted fixed and they did take care of it. Only snafu was a problem getting the dmv transferred to our name took longer then should have. Sales manager Zack expedited our problem to the gal handling dmv and it look like now things are cleared up, we are waiting for new plates and tags to arrive. Meanwhile Zack let us use dealer plates so we can drive the car now. I think auto nation Tustin has a very strong and courteous group of employees and would highly recommend them to friends.
This is the best dealership I have been to. I was treated like family from day 1. Seyed Arvin and Farshad took care of me and gave me an amazing deal and great service. I also would like to commend Chris Licano and Linda in service for servicing my car on two occasions. Thank you for your amazing Service!
