What is INFINITI Around View Monitor?

The available INFINITI Around View Monitor creates a virtual birds-eye view of your vehicle to assist you when parking in tricky areas. The system uses 4 vehicle-mounted cameras to create a virtual 360° view of what surrounds the vehicle, displaying it via the in-dash screen. No more scraping your wheels or worrying about bumping into other parked cars! With the INFINITI Around View Monitor, you can easily see how close your vehicle is to the objects around you, making parking easier than ever. 

Audible Warning
Not only can you see what is around you on the in-dash monitor, built-in sonar sensors* on the front and rear bumpers help detect objects in your way. If an object is detected an audible warning will sound and a warning will appear on the screen.

Moving Object Detection
The latest addition to the Around View Monitor system is Moving Object Detection**. This technology detects movement in the front or the back of the vehicle but also senses motion on the sides, alerting the driver to moving objects detected around the vehicle. The in-dash display will even show the driver the area where the movement is occurring.
